Welcome to Living Stone Foundation, a Judeo-Christian refuge that proclaims the Word of God in stone.

Here in New England, we are very fortunate to have an abundance of stone beneath our feet. Although there are many different types of stone, granite in various colors and grains is most prevalent. It's hardness and durability makes many stone masons prefer its use.

Living Stone Foundation was incorporated in the year 2000, as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. As a charitable and spiritual organization, we wish to exault the name of Jesus through His Gospel. The inscriptions are taken directly from the Bible, preferably the King James version. See Our Purpose.

The real beauty of the stone here at Living Stone Foundation is that 90% of it is rejected material. These "rejects" found in the scrap piles at the quarries are eventually crushed into trap rock and sold as aggregate stone. Is it not ironic that this rejected stone is exactly what Jesus was referred to (1 Peter 2:4) and what we are also?
In Memory of Bob Tellier, Founder
who went home to be with Jesus October 27, 2010

Bob's life is not over, it is simply changed and he will be spending this Christmas with the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, his Jesus that he loved and served ever since he invited him to come into his life and received his as his Lord and Savior.

He will be greatly missed by those of us who knew him, loved him, and worked with him to make his vision of Living Stone Foundation a reality. For those who have donated to help us keep his vision alive, the Board of Directors and I would like to personally thank you on behalf of Living Stone Foundation.

We are grateful to each of you for your encouragement through your visits, your prayers, and your financial support and we ask that you continue to support us in the weeks and months ahead. We believe the Lord will continue this work that he began in Bob's heart in 1981 and we give the Lord all praise, honor and glory. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

Visit www.caringbridge.org/visit/bobtellier to see the journal and many entries of those who left messages during these difficult times. You will be blessed.

-- Carol Tellier

He lifted his eyes to the mountains,
He heard from the voice of his Friend,
He wrote what his Father had told him,
Obeyed him from then to the end

He chiseled his call into letters,
Which cry out from earth to the sky.
He blasted the Word into granite,
Engraved it in hearts passing by.
His hammer laid down by his bedside,
The seeds of his labor now sown.
He leaves us his gifts and his treasures,
He, too, is a Living Stone.
